Raine Square is a late-night, seven-day retail, dining and entertainment precinct in the CBD.
Home to some of the most loved retail brands, most awarded restaurants and unique small bars and cafes, Raine Square unites the very best of Perth’s retail, dining and entertainment offer in the heart of Perth city.
Raine Square redevelopment has involved significant planning and investment to restore, enhance and develop the heritage-listed property into a world-class, dynamic and unique shopping, dining and entertainment precinct in the heart of the City.
Charter Hall Group, the owner of Raine Square, is driving the $200 million redevelopment that will transform the precinct into a seven day a week late-night retail, dining and entertainment destination. The CBD mixed-use development is the first of its scale for Charter Hall.
The redevelopment has involved significant planning to maintain the integrity and character of heritage listed properties and features while seamlessly integrating contemporary architecture and improving site access and movability to deliver an accessible and explorable world-class retail, commercial and entertainment hub like no other.
Designed by awarded architects Taylor Robinson Chaney Broderick and constructed by Built, Raine Square’s Stage 1 Entertainment and Dining Precinct is due for completion on 17 September 2018. Stage 2 – the Fashion Precinct on Murray Street – will open for trade in 2019.
