The Care to Rewear Mending Machine is a pedal‑powered mobile sewing hub popping up in Perth to give well‑loved garments a second life. Watch clothes be repaired on the spot while learning about sustainability, circular fashion and simple ways to reduce textile waste.

The inaugural Business of Circular Fashion Incubator cohort has been busy building the business behind their brand: refining their founder story, sharpening their digital presence, and preparing the pieces you'll see at our exhibition and runway. Now it's time to celebrate.

The Circular Fashion Festival Collective Shop brings the incubator cohort’s circular fashion straight to Raine Square. Shop directly from the designers behind the exhibition, from one-of-a-kind upcycled pieces to made-to-order local labels, all part of this year’s Business of Circular Fashion Incubator.

Cool Planet, premium pre-loved designer and vintage kids’ clothing, keeping special pieces in use for longer.

Alamahri, an Australian slow fashion label working with hand block-printed textiles from artisan communities in India.

Melaleuca Rise, a slow fashion project turning vintage and found fabrics into one-of-one, made-in-Bridgetown garmets.

🔗Circular Fashion Festival 

Presented by the Circular Fashion Council comes Circular in the Square 2026: The Business of Circular Fashion Incubator Exhibition.

Ten Western Australian Designers and Circular Fashion Businesses present one look each, telling the story of craftsmanship, sustainability and reinvention in Circular Fashion. 

The Business of Circular Fashion Incubator exhibition showcases the work of this year's cohort, from upcycled vintage textiles to made-to-order local production, each piece chosen to represent where circular fashion is heading in Western Australia and beyond. 

Running for the whole of Sustainable September at BankWest Place, the exhibition is your chance to see these designers' work up close before seeing the full collections on the runway at Circular Fashion Festival 2026.

The Raine Square Community Book LIbrary is a free, shared reading space created to support literacy and easy access to books for the Perth community. Featuring a broad mix of reading material for all ages and interests, the collection invites people to discover new stories and enjoy the simple pleasure of reading.

Open to everyone, the library encourages connection, learning and a love of books in the heart of the city.
